The Brief

At DK I’ve lead the way in introducing people to recorded, remote user tests. Using a combination of Figma, Google meets, and inspiration from lab based testing, I’ve enabled DK to help understand fully what exactly is being created for people, and how the user is impacted.

Certain functions of tested apps and websites have been improved or removed off the back of testing, and DK as a company now have greater confidence in their digital products knowing the end user has gained improved experiences.
